Professional Summary

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Therapy, including three years of supervised training in Functional Family Therapy.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work. I received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the New York–Presbyterian Child and Adolescent Anxiety Clinic and the Beck Institute in Philadelphia.


Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise include the treatment of anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, panic disorder, and school refusal. In addition, I have extensive experience treating individuals coping with depressive disorders and grief. I also work with children and adults who struggle with social skills and interpersonal relationships, helping them build confidence and improve communication.
